There is one support address for everything, whether you are buying, renting, selling us books or selling on Bookface: support@bookface.com. We answer every message, usually the same day.

Before you write
Most order questions can be answered from your account, and it saves a round of emails:
- Sign in and click My account.
- Click Orders to see every purchase and rental, with tracking once a book has shipped. See Track your order.
- Click Returns to start a return or print a return label. See Return a purchase.
- Click Rentals to extend a due date, buy the book, or get the prepaid return label. See Return a rental.
What to include
When you do email, include the order number (it is on the order card, for example Order #1234, Rental #1234 or BB Order# 1234) and the email address on the account. For a buyback order, the confirmation email also has a tracking link that opens the order directly.
Canceling an order
There is no cancel button on an order. If you need to cancel, contact us right away with the order number. See Cancel an order for the time limit.
Sending a rental back
Every rental includes a prepaid return label, so you do not need an address. If you have lost the label, print a new one from your rentals page.
