Track your order

Everything you have bought or rented is in your account, and tracking appears there as soon as a book ships. We also email you the tracking number when each book goes out.

Your orders

1. Sign in and click My account.
2. Click Orders in the left-hand menu. The page is titled Your orders.
3. Switch between the Purchases and Rentals tabs. The count on each tab is the number of orders.

Each purchase card shows the order number, the date, the seller, the total, the books, and a status badge:

• Preparing to ship — nothing has shipped yet.
• N of M shipped — part of the order is on its way.
• Shipped — every copy has shipped.

Books you bought from different sellers in one checkout are separate orders, each with its own card and status.

Order details

Click Order details on a card.

Under What you ordered, each copy has its own line with the condition, the shipping speed, Ships from Bookface when it ships from our warehouse, and a badge: Preparing or Shipped, plus Refunded or Returned when either has happened. Once a copy ships, its carrier and tracking number appear under it; click the number to open the carrier's tracking page. If the line reads Tracking hasn't been posted for this copy yet, the book has shipped but the number has not reached us; check again later.

The right-hand column shows the Order total broken into books and shipping, the Shipped to address, and Something wrong? with a Start a return button once a copy has shipped. See Return a purchase.

Rentals

The Rentals tab lists rental orders with Open or Closed and the due date of each book. Order details opens the rental, where each book shows Preparing or Shipped to you and its outbound tracking. Extend, buy or return takes you to the rentals page. See How rentals work.

No orders yet?

The page says No purchases yet or No rentals yet with a Find a book button. If you placed an order and do not see it, make sure you are signed in with the same email address you used at checkout.
