The Eleventh Edition of The Law of Public Education, a textbook-casebook, incorporates recent developments in K-12 Education Law into its conceptual framework by offering updated analysis of major topics in the field. Among its more than 5,000 footnotes, the Eleventh Edition includes citations to more than 600 new cases since 2018 plus substantive discussions of many of these disputes. The volume also adds five new opinions, four of which are from the Supreme Court, among its 123 case excerpts as selected older cases are culled, such as two in Chapter 14 on student speech, replacing them with more up-to-date opinions on cutting edge issues.
