About this book
Wurm's One Minute Sculptures, distorted houses and anthropomorphic forms in dialogue with Museo Fortuny's legacy of textiles
Austrian artist Erwin Wurm (born 1954) is known for redefining the boundaries of sculpture through participatory performance. This catalog for the artist's exhibition at the Museo Fortuny in Venice delves into interplay of form and void as evinced through Wurm's sculptural "garments" and Fortuny's legacy of theater and experimentation.
